Factory Restore Help

So I have no idea how to factory restore my computer if the option isn't there for me to use.
I've already factory restored my computer once so I assume that is why the option is no longer there.
What do I have to do too factory restore it again? My computer is running windows 7.

you might want to post up the make, model and spec of your computer...it may save some time later on...good luck, hope you get it sorted :thumbsup:

im not really sure either, i was just trying to save you a bit of time...you could try clicking the start button, then click on computer and see if theres a system properties tab..im using vista and w7 is different
