Hi and sorry for the delay.

Your firewall is turned off. You should enable it.

There were some entries that defined an issue with Malwarebytes'. You're running a free or PRO version?

I'd suggest to remove completely in and install once more.

  • Download and run mbam-clean.exe
  • It will ask to restart your computer, please allow it to do so (very important!)
  • After the computer restarts, install the latest version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from the link in my previous reply.

Then

Posted Image Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.
  • Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
  • At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • Then click Finish.
  • After the installation please leave unchecked: Enable free trial of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

After that Run MiniToolBox once more as I suggested here and post a new Autoruns report like suggested here, but please omit the part hiding Microsoft Services.

Naat,
I am using the paid version of Malwarebytes Pro, I assume in uninstalling and reinstalling the program I just have to enter the ID & Key sequences to up-grade to Pro. I will check their site for information.

Naat,
Sorry about being slow, had dental work and slow recovery. Cleaned all Malwarebytes Programs and installed new Malwarebytes Pro version and updated after installation ran scan which detected no objects.
Just ran MiniToolKit and Autoruns reports attached. Computer was infected with e-mail/phishing virus (Google)on 11/18/13 which stole my contacts addresses and computer is acting up while on-line. I changed password immediately but how could this virus get past the Malwarebytes system, the windows firewall( was turned on) and the ZoneAlarm system firewall (also turned on)? Pages are very slow to load by as much as two minutes.

This is a problem and we need to have it checked deeper to clean it and make sure your system is healthy again.
At this point we need to stop because I suspect that you have some malware on your computer causing issues that we are not able to solve through means we can use here in the Tech Forums. I suggest you read the 'Start Here' topic found HERE. With these self-help tools you have a high chance of fixing the problems on your own. If you are still having problems after following Step 3 of the guide, continue with Step 4 and 5 and post in the Malware Forum. If you are unable to run any programs, Please create a topic stating what you have tried so far and that you are unable to run any programs. Also, Please do NOT post the logs in this thread.

If you are still having issues after the malware expert gives you a clean bill of health, Please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
Add a link to this topic so that malware tech can see what steps have been taken here
