This is wireless correct?

Is Windows controlling the wireless or is there another program from the wireless maker?

Does Avira provide a firewall or do you use Windows firewall?

When was the last time you did a defrag?

Hi, yes its wireless. I use windows firewall and I think the wireless is controlled by DW WLAN CARD Utility. I think the last defrag was done about a month ago

Would not hurt to run a defrag. I find that Ultra Defrag works better and faster:

You might try letting windows control the wireless. If you open the Network and Sharing center there is usually an option to let Windows Manage the wireless. This may help:
