"When I went online this morning I noticed that everything was running very slowly, then froze altogether. Two reboots did not fix anything. iTunes won't run properly and I can't even open folders quickly. I don't know how the problem started. I tried to run an OTL scan in regular mode using the version that's already on my computer (version 220.127.116.11), but it stops before completing. What should I do now? Thanks."
