I'm trying to start an online video platform for my school, where admins can upload and administer vids thru meta-data tags etc, and users can access them depending on their level of membership in the school. People who are in basic courses should be able to access less videos than people with the higher level of membership. No one should have to pay for each individual video. The videos, though, cannot be downloaded or embedded.
I've found services like:
-Vimeo Pro,
- BrightCove,
- Vzaar.
Based on your experiences, would you all recommend any one of these? Or other services?
