One of my computers at work is misbehaving after a programmer downloaded some software. I have used all my resources and do not know enough about the log to continue. Some assistance would be appreciated. Here's the log:

I apologize for the delay getting to your log, the helpers here are very busy. If you are still having malware troubles, I will be glad to help. Due to the length of time passed, I need to see a new HijackThis Log.

Please post a new HJT log in this thread.

I waited as long as possible but did not get a reply. I researched the log for questionable entries and removed the following:

C:\Program Files\eroa\rtol.exe
C:\WINNT\system32\l?[bleep].exe

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Ahrt] C:\Program Files\eroa\rtol.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Ebuddn] C:\WINNT\system32\l?[bleep].exe

I also removed the directories associated with them. Everything is running smoothly now. Thanks

Again, sorry for the delay, this forum is one of the busiest on the net, and unfortunately some logs fall through the cracks.

This one is bad too:

O20 - Winlogon Notify: policies - C:\WINNT\system32\l40u0ed9eh0.dll

I suggest fixing it and deleting the file :tazz:. Let me know if you encounter trouble.
