I have a costumer who has and hp computer with windows 8 i didn't work on it but i think we reloaded their os system and in the process that made it able to change the password on the fact it was new well we game the computer back to the costumer and the password was changed now we cant log in to her computer does any body know how to reset a windows login password

Sorry but as per the GTG TOU we cannot help with bypassing passwords;

BIOS or Operating System's passwords are there for the purpose related to Security and Privacy to protect the legitimate owner of a machine. What I can ask is whether or not leaving the password field blank or entering admin has been tried.
