I want to thank Machiavelli and all volunteers of this site for their help. I had backdoor virus on my computer and the person that was helping me was spot on in helping me completely remove the virus and still be able to keep the files I needed and didn't want to lose. It was time consuming even for myself just following Machiavelli's instructions so I know he spent some time reading through the log files and creating fixes to ensure the virus was completely removed. I pray everything good in life happens for this person because some things you can't put a price on. #awesome!
