c0000135 error crashed pc

hi i have had a c0000135 error yesterday and havent been bale to solve it. i am not able to boot in safe mode. and system recovery options show no os to repair. i can see my files through puppy( just opened it to see them i really dont know how its used) but just can not boot windows7. any help will appreiated.
