BIOS file altered?!

I have been experiencing problems like desktop freezing,unresponsive apps etc. so tried almost everything(av-software,tehnicians...)and recently did a BIOS flashing to be sure there is no malware.After flashing I saved the bios-file copy and used a program called Winmerge to compare the content of that file and the file used during flashing and they don't match in first 8 lines.There are 3504 lines in total.Why is that so?
