I have followed all the steps outlined in "You must read this before posting a Hijackthis Log" including running cleanup!, Ad-aware (most recent version and updates), Spybot S&D and Norton Anit Virus. I also run Microsoft AntiSpyware.
I can access my hotmail account while at work.
