Hey everyone, could really use some help on this.

We use Dragon Naturallyspeaking12 at work and it's an essential part of the boss' system. It gets the work load done 4x faster than typing. Well, it did until recently.

It's recently started crashing every 10 minutes or so frequently which consequently causes Microsoft Word 2013 to crash as well which results in losing the work we're doing.

We've talked to Nuance and to be honest, they've been useless. The typical uninstall it, reinstall it, run a repair installation on Microsoft Office 2013 etc.

Any help on this be greatly appreciated as it is seriously effecting our work output at the moment.

Thanks in advance,

Grant Willis
