error code 0cx000000e need to use recovery tools from supplier,but i dont have any of these.
the computer is a Dell Vostro 2520 .
do you have any help for me please ?

just to add , i ran the AVG rescue disc as advised elsewhere on this forum,
it came up with warning , no volumes.
The scan then read 13 files , no infections.
