Thanks, Babbzz

Got a busy weekend now and so probably won't get a chance to have a go at the printer until after Christmas (problem is I have to swap drives in my laptop as I don't want to risk what happened last time I tried to install on a dual boot basis).

Do you operate on a dual boot basis with Windows?

Happy Christmas

Sure. Take your time. I'm a college student, I can't guarantee that I can take the time to help you either. But, I'll do my best.

At the moment, I don't. I've renounced Windows (almost).

Merry Christmas!

Hi Babbzzz

I'm using Mint 15 OK and like it.

However, still not able to print from my Canon Pixma MG5450. I followed the instructions in the link you posted and the printer seems to be installed OK, but it won't print (either by WiFi or via USB).

Any suggestions?

Hello bruntsfield :)

Hope you had a great Christmas! :)

Frankly, I don't. You might have better luck at http://forums.linuxmint.com/
