My PC seems to works fine on little games, but graphical and big games getting intense lags which I didn't have too much in the past. Other than that, I don't think there something else.

Hi Will Rioux, :)

It's seem that right after I did roguekiller, I started disconnecting randomly in multiplayers games. Other than that, It's better than when I start the topic, but still not as I remember.

Let's try Start-up Repair. Please follow this to perform start-up repair. Please do it three times.

Valinorum

I change a little bit my message of my last reply which is now this:My PC seems to works fine on little games, but graphical and big games getting intense lags which I didn't have too much in the past. Other than that, I don't think there something else.

Also, I'm not sure if I need to restart three time my computer or just do the repair three time in a row which I did and it didn't find anything.

I did the repair and it pretty much the same: the game are getting progressively slower until low FPS or lags or something unplayable. I still have no idea how it happened so suddenly.

I am not seeing any malware issue but can you uninstall your Graphics driver and download and re-install them from their respective site?
