I just moved from one room in my house to another. In the new room, my Network settings says Network cable unplugged for about 10 seconds, then flickers to Enabled and/or Identifying... then off within half a second. Two other computers work fine at this location on the same cable, and my computer works fine at the previous location in the house, so it's not a hardware issue, nothing is broken. I tried deleting the drivers and re installing them with the most recent Realtek ones... I've tried turning off all the firewalls on my computer. Could it be something to do with the IP address I'm getting from my router or something?

Now it stays on for maybe 3-4 minutes then goes off for 30 seconds or so.

I monitored my ping when it went from on to off to on:
