Hello, I have recently re-installed Windows 7 home premium 64-bit on this laptop. After the installation, it wouldn't connect to the internet. I went to the "device manager", and noticed the Network Controller driver and the Ethernet Controller driver were not installed. I tried going to drivertoshiba.com and downloading the drivers but they wouldn't install. Can someone please help me with this problem. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for answering. I ran the results and have attached the two results (Attached File  Result.txt   9.22KB   237 downloads & Attached File  DeviceList.txt   12.05KB   251 downloads). I dont know why it did this, I ordered the OS from tigerdirect.ca and installed it to a computer that had the OS go bad on it.

Try this one for your wireless.
http://ftp.hp.com/pu...500/sp53162.exe

I know it is from hp but that should not matter ( Yes this a Diff Driver from the last one I link too)

As an alternate you can find you motherboard model number with speccy and search the motherboard.

I got the network (wireless) driver working. Although the Ethernet Controller Driver is still missing. To get the Network Controller to work, what I did was this:

Device Manager > *right click* Network Controller > Update Driver Software... > Browse My Computer For Driver Software > Let Me Pick From A List Of Device Drivers On My Computer > *one click* network adapters. I then thought Never mind, and hit the back arrow once. I then clicked browse and selected the folder that contained the drive you gave me. Once I started to install it it said that the driver was already installed.

Can you help me with getting the Ethernet Driver working. Thank you.

Thank you for all the help you have given me. I decided to do a windows update, that installed the driver for me. I just need help with one more thing, with erasing the hard drive, I also erased the TVAP (Toshiba Value Added Package). Can you help me find the TVAP for the Toshiba Satellite C650D-018 (Model Number: PSC0YC-018026). Thank you.

I found the TVAP that I needed to get the computer one-hundred percent running. Although I still want to create a windows repair disk. Can you give me a link to black burnable DVDs that are located in Canada or ship to Canada (Although want to make sure that no duty fees will apply, Live in Ontario). Thank you.
