Terrible BSOD

Hey,

I need help asap, [bleep]ing microsoft windows 8 is giving me a BSOD with a Driver_verifier_iomanager dtsoftbus01.sys , can't get past the BSOD screen it reboots with the same error 24/7 on my MSI laptop, windows 8 x64. I got no install CD im super pissed cuz I got no clue how to get past the BSOD only way to fix it is to repair from install disc or fresh re-install but no way im doing a fresh install.

Any clue before I smash and throw this 2000$ laptop on the wall ?...

dtsoftbus01.sys is part of the Dameon tools program. I highly suggest you uninstall it first and then try your system. If it works then the next step is to go to their site and get the newest version. If it comes in a 64 bit version then you need to get that one if your Win8 is a 64 bit version.
