+1 for Unigine as it enables a constant benchmark for making comparisons as you tweak settings.
Re, droppping frame rates.
We need to see what is installed and running on the system.
When gaming and getting lower fps, are you recording with something likes PRAPS"
Are you using Chrome/gmail.

Nope, not recording with anything. Found out its just that one level that lags, so I'm going to say its probably not something on my end. On that note I'm going to go ahead and conclude this topic.
