Hello.
I am having a problem with my laptop shutting down randomly when I am visiting Switzerland. it seems the laptop works fine if just browsing the web or watching youtube videos, but if you try to play any type of game for more than 5 minutes then the computer shuts down. I am from Germany and I have been using the proper plug converter, and I have looked into the voltage since it seems that is the most likely problem. But the voltage does not vary from Germany to Switzerland and is well within range of the voltage required for the laptop and does not exceed the max. Is there anything I can try while there so I can use my laptop without these random shut downs?

Thank you :)

Hello Xerrai :welcome:

The most probable cause of random shut downs is heat. Does your lap get excessively hot? Clear all the heat vents off any dust. Always use the laptop on a hard, raised platform so that the air vents are not blocked.
