My Grandfather is using an older PC running windows 98. Recently he got internet connection through SBC Yahoo (dail-up) and has been having some problems with Outlook Express. When he opens OE, everything runs fine until he connects to SBC Yahoo. An error message come up and say :
MSIMN caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 017f:bff7b983.

Also he is having problems staying connected to the internet. One more thing is that when he is working offline in OE, SBC Yahoo keeps popping up telling him to connect.
Thanks for all the help,
