Please help!! I donot have the bundled software for my FS306 camcorder to transfer my videos/photos to my PC. I paid and downloaded them from the Pixela website in zip files, but I cannot install them, unsure how to access them . They are Pixela application ver 1.5 Disc 1 transfer utlities and disc 2 video tools. I use windows Vista. I would very much appreciate all the help I can get as I have very basic knowledge of computers. Thankyou.

Yes I did and it has come up with a folder named no.10, under which are 14 things- manual, autorun, data 1, data 1.hdr, data 2,music utility, engine 32, layout bin, pixela, pmark, setup and setup 1bt. I clicked auto run and it just came up blank with a notepad box...

Hi,

I'd be inclined to click one of the set up files from what I'm seeing.

Have you tried to get help directly from cannon, located Here.

Thanks
Joe :)

Yes I did click on all setup files- "Windows cannot complete extraction, destination file could not be created".

Contacted Cannon who told me to go to Pixela websitewho told me to download the applications, which I did, and am now stuck at this point. Tried googling problem and searching Pixelas site for info on installing- no luck.

Hi,

Lets look at this error "Windows cannot complete extraction, destination file could not be created". See if you can make any sense in the information below, It also could be a bad download as mentioned in the link below, as well as some other ideas for you there.

Good luck,

Thanks
