hello! new here, and dont know too much about working on my computer.

anyway, i have been getting that horrible BSOD error code: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Bug check code: 0x000000d1
parameter 1: 00000000`0000001c
parameter 2: 00000000`00000002
parameter 3: 00000000`00000001
parameter 4: fffff880`018640be

Caused by Driver: tcpip.sys
Caused by Address: tcpip.sys+630be

i dont know if this is just a driver error or a virus. or how to fix either. :(

computer is a toshiba satellite p755
the hard disk drive was replaced 3 months after i purchased the computer.

can i use my original recovery disks even though the hard disk drive was replaced to do a total recovery?

thanks

**also, i did a system restore to the earliest system restore point i could find, but this unfortunately did not fix the problem.

Download Autoruns and Autorunsc
http://download.sysi...es/Autoruns.zip
Unzip it to your desktop and then double click autoruns.exe After the scan is finished then click on File>>>>>>>>>>>Save The default name will be autoruns.arn make sure to save it as Autoruns.txt under the file type option. in other words make sure it is a .txt file instead of .arn Attach the text in your next reply.
