While online, I will be using Internet Explorer and other internet applications normally, but all of a sudden, often within the first hour of online activity, my internet becomes disconnected and no programs that use the internet function correctly. All of the programs open correctly, but cannot connect to the internet. The only way I have found to bring it back is to restart the computer. Our home is networked wirelessly with a Apple AirPort and uses Comcast Broadband. When my computer does this, the other computers in the house work just fine. Also, when it happens, the wireless network connection icon on the right side of the taskbar says that I am connected correctly. I have McAffee Security Suite installed, so I think that it may be a firewall issue.
