Slow computer, can't seem to shake whatever has infected it!

Okay - as it came in the instructions:

msconfig sigverif - nothing comes up.

msconfig devmgmt - no yellow. Tried to do the print screen to show it, but it does not transfer to paint. ????

Boot Log attached.

Zip of autoruns attached.
