sony blu-ray wifi help

Hello,

I have a Sony blu-Ray (BDP-S5100) connected to to my home network, which is using a netgear N600 dual band router. For some reason every time I go to use the blu-ray I'm disconnected from the network, or even worse I'm connected to the network but the blu-Ray shows that the network is not connected to the web (even though all other devices on the network are connected to the web).

Any suggestions?
