Didn't get any response on my earlier question, so I'm going to re-phrase. How can I reset the Network portion of my Laptop (Acer Windows8/8.1) to it's factory default?

I have two routers in my house, the Acer can ONLY attach to Router "A" and every other device (4 computers, iPad, 5 Kindles) can ONLY attache to Router "B". I know how to reset the Router to factory settings, I'd like to do the same to the Network portion of the Acer.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Biscuithd,

Try to uninstall the wireless card from the Device Manager, restart and let windows reinstall the card.

From the Windows Command prompt running as Administrator use the command to list the saved wireless profiles:
netsh wlan show profiles
and you can remove them with:
netsh wlan delete profile name=*
or for a specific network:
netsh wlan delete profile name="my wireless ssid"
