I'm a doofus. I installed CryptoPrevent. And I already have a licensed version of Malwarebytes.
Kaspersky keeps showing me infected files, but can't delete them [

yes sir, Kaspersky isn't giving me any more pop-ups, it seems like I am clean and good to go.
