I have to authenticate my Network with the SECURE W2 program and when I try to set it as authentication method in Local Area Connection, my laptop tells me there is an error. And then when I go back to Networking tab, a new message appears: "You must install and enable at least one protocol for this connection to work. Do you want to select a protocol now?" but when I try to install Internet Protocol Version 4... then it says it's error "0x8004A021".

How to fix this?

P.S. System Restore didn't help.
