Windows XP sp3. I am having difficulty connecting to Facebook and other internet site using both IE and Google Chrome. I've defragged, run TFC and Malware. No improvement noted. Help please!

Hi jbljohn,

Have you resolved this problem yet?

Sounds like a possible ISP issue. How is your connection set up? Modem to router?

Try unplugging both and allow the memory to clear. After about 5-10 minutes, plug in the modem. Wait a few minutes, then plug in the router. Not sure if that is the answer, but worth a try.

Donna :)

Donna, Tried this but problem still exists. Thanks. I have given up on Firefox as I continuously got the message regarding "Unsecured Connection". I can not sign into Facebook directly but can go directly to Facebook Groups I'm a member of. Other ideas, suggestions welcome! Thanks!
