Gday.

Thanks for the update, well done with the scan and upload.

When Machiavelli has analysed the log and a fix is feasible, he will give you more instructions.

NB.   forgot to tell you, on the old computer, before removing the external USB drive.

In the task bar, bottom right of the REATOGO-X-PE Desktop, click on the "Safely Remove Hardware" then unplug the drive and shutdown.

No problem ... Thank you will wait for him with further instructions.

As for the external drive, I shut the computer down then I unplugged the external drive and plugged it into the woking one.

I will make a mental note to click on "safely remove hardware" in the future.

Thanks again for all the time and help you all provide :)

Logfile is clean. Problem is probably not Malware related.

OHH :( In a way I am kinda disappointed because at least if it were malware we would know how to fix it :(

What should I do next?   :(

While waiting for further instructions from Machiavelli

With the old computer powered off, unplug the PS/2 adaptor.

If not already done so, plug the keyboard and mouse into the top two USB ports on the back of the computer case.
