I got my son a Digital2 7inch tablet for Christmas. After the first week the charger that came with it wont work, it seems to be loose when I plug it in. My phone uses the same kind of charger so I let him use mine but now that one is loose too. Is it the tablet or just the chargers?

Hi Shibby,

Have you tried using your chargers in other device's (yours and your sons charger in one of your devices)?
Are they wobbly in the other device's that you have tried the chargers in?

it could be both! either the pins in the tab or the charger itself, since the cables are really bad and get loose pretty quick.. but since you mentioned that your phone uses the same charger and you have lent him yours, this could mean that its the cables problem!

Hi. My mom had gotten both my boys each one of these tablets for Christmas and within a month my youngest sons quit charging no matter what cable we used and about 3 weeks after that the other one won't charge. The port is very loose in fact on the younger sons tablet the casing of the port came out attached to the charger end. I don't know what to do with them. The 30 days is up. No warranty.
