[Poolsurfer]

Hi, not used a forum before so please bear with me. Cannot get a connection to internet on my laptop, try to open explorer and new screen opens but after a few seconds closes and revert to start up screen. Have free AVG installed and have checked for problems there. Internet connection is showing as all working. This is from my tablet on same connection. Ran a scan and did remove an IDP threat but am unable to see anything else. Any ideas please?
