Are you connecting to the screen via HDMI? If not, change the screen input to match what the PC is putting out.

If no display still, try a BIOS reset. Try disconnecting everything temporarily to see if you can pinpoint what is causing the issue (i.e. unplug HDD, DVD drive, remove all but 1 stick of RAM).

Hey again! If I RMA this motherboard, and they send me back the exact same brand make and model, will I need to buy a new Windows 7 since the one I bought was OEM?

A new licence is not required in the following circumstances, 1: If your MB is replaced under warranty and 2: If your MB is replaced out of warranty with an alternative type but same brand due to the original model no longer being available, an upgraded MB however will require the purchase of a new OS licence.

You may be required to use the telephone activation procedure to activate/pair the OS with the replacement MB, this will take between 5 and 10 minutes and is straightforward.
