Computer Super Slow. Need help

My computer is super slow. I had a rootkit and Kaspersky detected that. It said it cleaned it, but computer is still superslow specially when it is going on hibernation or to start up. There are too many things running in the background with CPU usage pretty high. Can anyone please take a look and give me suggestion? Thank you.
