Open an administrator command prompt. At the prompt type ( or copy and paste) the following and press Enter:

findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >"%Userprofile%\desktop\sfcdetails.txt"

Wait until the prompt is visible again. Type Exit and press Enter to return to Windows.

Please post the contents of the sfcdetails.txt on your desktop.

OK, done, problem is after completing installation - which took maybe 5 seconds - control panel system did not show installed sp-1.

I tried twice to install as sp-1 appeared again in updates to install - same result.

net localgroup "Administrators" "NT Authority\Service" /add

Type exit and press Enter to return to Windows. Re-check the system properties.

KB935509 does not appear to be installed.
Is there an easy way to find if it is installed apart from scrolling through lists?
