iv just sorted out my mums pc and all working fine, but she does need a lot of help and i live quite a long way away, so i started to use remote assistance.
problem is that after i get RA connected with her comp i can use it for about 10 mins and then her comp shutsdown and reboots ?
cant figure this 1 out , iv asked if shes touching anything at her end but shes not, so im a bit stuck as 2 y it does this, i know RA loseses conection if i change her screen res etc so it could b her screen saver comming on but this should not reset her comp.
Any help would b most appreciated
