I had a torrented version of Nero video software on my computer to burn some DVDs for a friend. Upon discovery that the program had infected my computer, I uninstalled it and got clean Malware Bytes and MSE scans. However, my DVD drive is no longer working properly. Every time I put a DVD in, it tells me to insert a disc and pops open, even though there's already a disc in there. Could this be an issue from the malware, even though my scans are showing up clean? Any advice?
