I don't know what, if anything is infecting my computer. Is there a way to run something that someone can look at and tell me if there is something that shouldn't be on? Is there a thorough diagnostic and clean up that can be done? I know VERY little about necessary and unnecessary files and programs or what is good and bad. I had seen where someone on one of these had the person run something and then send them the report and then they told them what to do step by step it seemed detailed and thorough and I am willing to do it start to finish if someone will help me and guide me. I am running Windows 8 on a HP Pavilion G6. Thank you!
