Have a computer that when I open either internet explorer or Google chrome for the first time, it goes to the home page. When I start to type either on the address bar or even on the search part of the web page, a lot of internet windows start to open with Internet Explorer help page. I cannot close the windows until all 30 pages have finished loading and then I have to close all of them down. After I close all of the windows and open up Internet explorer again it works just fine, but if I leave it alone with out touching the keyboard and I try to type again it starts doing it again. Please assist. I have done multiple virus scans and nothing pops up as a threat.
