I'm hoping someone here might be able to help me out. I am looking for a program, preferably free if possible, that will help me log onto my mother's computer remotely to do repairs and software. If there's anyone out there that could give me a good site, or maybe the name of a software program that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

thank you very much for the links.... I will try the linkmein unfortunately she had avast and it didn't catch any of her current problems so I'm trying to find a way to get her AVG and hook up both computers (one running windows 7 and the other running windows XP) to file and printer sharing all while she is just about 500km away LOLOL and not very computer literate even with 4 courses under her belt.
