Hello,
I'm Jay and my computer has this BSOD problem everytime I boot the computer. It says Lenovo then it loads up to where you select the Windows User, I click Jay and boom it has the BSOD and restarts. So I actually downloaded Blue Screen Viewer and double clicked the most recent dump file and the picture is down below. I wonder if Java is the problem because that was the most recent update and I can't quite remember when this crashing stuff first started. The dumps say 1/6/14 but IDK if that is the problem. I am using Windows 7 Home Professional and I use Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2013. I have four user accounts on my computer. Please help me ASAP.

I'm having a hard time zipping the minidump files up.

Install 7Zip then it gets easier.

I have 7ZIP...

From Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Windows\minidump.
Select all the dumps.
Right click, point to 7-Zip then select Add to archive.
To the far right there is a box with three dots in it. Click on that and navigate to your Desktop and click Open.
Click OK to create the zip archive.
Minidump.zip will be on your Desktop.
Upload and attach here.
