However, when i turn any game on, the FPS drops to around 14, its the same with any game, even ones that dont have high graphics requirements. Even with the settings turned down low the games never get above 20 fps.
The laptop has a build in Nvidia Geforce GT 330m, ive made sure all the drivers are up to date using the dell website and "geforce experience", I still cant get above 20 fps.
The laptop has heat issues (only 1 fan inside). Is it possible the card has overheated? At times the temps inside can get up to 160F according to HWMonitor (ive started using an external fan to keep it down). If there card has overheated and is faulty, how can i test this? would it be possible to switch it off and use an onboard one? Or could it just be a problem with the windows 7 install?
Also another issue ive noticed is that any youtude video i load up start by saying i need adobe flash player, which ive installed, chrome also has this build in so it shouldnt be required at all. It then wont let me put the quality above 360p, i dont know if this is a problem with the laptop, or youtube itself.
