Recently i turned on my computer and it displayed that. Just the other day it was working fine i have no clue how this happened and this is the first. I have had this pc in my care for around two years and this is the first time it happened. I am suspecting it could be malware/virus elated because two o a week ago i let a family relative used my pc and after he was done i discovered he downloaded a bunch of cap(around seven), i ran malware bytes on a quick scan and had around a hundred cases of malware viruses on my pc just from quick scan!My uncle tried to help me fix the issue and tried installing a new os system but the windows 8 is requiring an image system driver which the program wont detect from the usb.

I have no clue how to fix this any help would be a life saver to me!

My Laptop is a Dell Inspiron 1545.
