Internet is slow on both Firefox 26 & IE8. Download speeddrops to 1.05 Kbs after starting out at 160Kbs. I am using XP serv pk3 Media Center Edition. Web sites take up to two minutes to fully load, G2G loads in 15 sec, Yahoo takes as much as 4 minutes before I am able to access mail but green circling arrow never quits spinning. I attempted to download TFC to clean system but after 15 minutes it is still downloading with only 211 KB downloaded so far. My DSL shows send/receive at 100 Mbs. Where can I look for solution?
