I have uninstalled the StongVPN program, however i could not find the other one.

My oversight. After further research, I see that the tapstrong.sys is published by The OpenVPN Project and is the network driver that is installed when StrongVPN Client software is installed. So they are one and the same, and the driver should have uninstalled when you uninstalled the StrongVPN Client software.

I'm sure the reboot completed the uninstall of the software, but if you continue to have trouble just let me know.

It was my pleasure helping you, Christie.
