I've been having issues with lag (usually lose connection) during PS3 gaming and sometimes notice network freezes while surfing the web. I upgraded my router to a ASUS RT-N56U but I still have the same issues. Is there a tool for windows 7 or for my iphone that I use to monitor network activity and pinpoint when these hiccups occur and possibly why? The issue may be with my cable modem (with Time Warner) but I just had that upgraded as well. I'm not an IT geek so something simple would be best. Thanks for any help and advice.
