If you need me to provide any more information, please tell me! I really don't know what else to do :(

Did you install any new hardware piece, or install/update any drivers recently ?

No new hardware. As for updates, I made some updates TOSHIBA Service Station showed. Before I did anything I would get BSOD very rarely (although it did happen before), but after these updates, they started to happen more frequently, so I made a system recovery to the point before I had made those updates, but the BSOD ocurrencies are still very frequent.

Hello Gabrielmgn

Rather than compress the dump files can you upload them to here and then post the link for us, please retrieve the dump file/s from c:\windows\minidump

I uploaded the files, the links are below! I got more recent ones, by the way haha

I didn't understand if you meant to upload individually, but anyway, I did both individually and in a .rar:

Four different dump files and four different causes reported.

Some questions if I may ask;
Has any attempt at overclocking been made.
What anti virus software are you using.
What browser do you use.
Are you running W8 or W8.1.

As a matter of fact, every time a BSOD occurs, it reports a different error code...

As for the questions:
No overclocking attempts
AVG Free Edition
Mozilla Firefox 27.0
W8.1

Thanks for the update :thumbsup:

The first thing that I would do is uninstall AVG as it is known to cause a catalogue of issues, you must use the AVG removal tool for a clean uninstall or risk further conflicts, removal tool available from here

Windows 8 and 8.1 have a new version of Windows Defender which is basically the same as Microsoft Security Essentials and so you do not actually need a third party AV program, once AVG has been uninstalled you need to go into Control Panel > System and Security > Action Centre > Security > if Defender has not auto enabled do it manually + check that the firewall and internet security options are showing as enabled and ok.

See admin topic here

See how the computer behaves after doing the above as this one step may resolve the issue, one of the crashes for example was caused by a browser plug in and your AV.

Okay, I'll do that! I'll come back in a couple days to bring some updates. Thank you very much! :)

Edit: Oh, I should say that recently I've been experiencing the complete shutdown of my audio and microphone functions of my pc with no apparent reasons. Then, restarting the pc gets it back working. But it still happens very frequently. Usually when I'm watching videos or streams or am with my gf on Google Hangout.

You are welcome Gabrielmgn :thumbsup:

What you describe in your edit could be drivers crashing, I will wait on your next update for the time being.

Okay! I`m back already! Today, since uninstalling AVG and activating Windows Defender I had: 3 BSOD and 2 Firefox crashes. :(
I'm thinking maybe firefox is part of the trouble my pc is having, along with drivers... Anyways, here are the new minidump files.

Before I suggest anything further can I ask that you refer to the GTG malware redirection information below, this due to the fact that the crash dumps are reporting various problems and not one that is a constant;

I suspect that you have some malware on your computer causing issues that we are not able to solve through means we can use here in the Tech Forums. I suggest you read the 'Start Here' topic found here. With these self-help tools you have a high chance of fixing the problems on your own. If you are still having problems after following Step 3 of the guide, continue with Step 4 and 5 and post in the Malware Forum. If you are unable to run any programs, Please create a topic stating what you have tried so far and that you are unable to run any programs. Also, Please do NOT post the logs in this thread.

If you are still having issues after the malware expert gives you a clean bill of health, Please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).

I'm back from the Malware section! The user "godawgs" helped me over there and we've made some changes to my computer during the procedures. You may want to take a look in the link to the topic to see those procedures and give your judgement about the current status of my computer:

http://www.geekstogo...ng-help-please/

By now I haven't had any more BSOD (until now) and I'm hoping my computer is already in perfect conditions and doesn't need any more fixing hahaha! I've put a link to this topic over there too.

If there is anything you want me to check, please tell me. Thank you!
