Hello,

An easy way to achieve this would be to either replace the disc drive, or plug in a USB disc drive (external). If you want this done on a budget (i.e. free) ask around, you may have some friends or family who have a USB disc drive you could use.

P.S. welcome

Post a screen capture of a full screen Disk Management window. Let's see if it comes with a Recovery partition.

To open Disk Management, press Windows key+r, type diskmgmt.msc and press Enter or click GO. Make it full screen.
