Hi All,

I have an HP Photosmart Premium printer that is not printing the top .25". I have tried way too many things to list but am wondering if anyone has heard of this problem and has any ideas how to fix it. The problem has been coming and going and I cannot find a pattern either way. I am in Windows 8 and have not updated to 8.1.
